L'Agriturismo Marinea è per noi un punto di arrivo e al contempo un punto di partenza: dopo molti anni passati a viaggiare, cucinare, studiare, assaggiare, scoprire nuovi mondi e nuovi sapori, ora tutto questo diventa ristorante, orto, salumificio artigianale, piccolo allevamento e ospitalità.

L'Agriturismo Marinea è passione, amore, semplicità, innovazione e tradizione. Siamo noi, è la relazione fra persone, lo scambio di emozioni davanti a un buon piatto e un buon bicchiere di vino, guardando il panorama, scambiando quattro chiacchiere, stando bene insieme.

WHO WE ARE

Agriturismo Marinea is for both our arrival and a new start. After many years of traveling, cooking, studying, tasting, discovering new worlds, and new flavours, now everything has been put into this restaurant, organic garden, cured meat & vegan delicatessen, and accommodation.

 

This farmhouse is passion, love, simplicity, innovation, and tradition. It is us and the relationship between people, the exchange of emotions in front of a good dish and great glass of wine, looking at the views, chattering, and being well together.

My love for food was born when I was a child, I fondly remember creating my ‘recipes’ by mixing and dirtying anything I had to hand. After a hotel school and many years of experience in the world of hospitality, today I’m in the open air in the middle of nature, between vegetables and chicken pens, vineyards, and olive trees. I bring my knowledge to the plate, with a deep respect for traditions and simple flavor.

After a long experience in the field of Italian catering abroad with the aim of exploring the Italian culinary culture, Agriturismo Marinea is the place where I can focus on my passions, as my grandfather did with me; the good and beautiful things in life, giving value to the land and crops it gives us, and hospitality and welcoming. A smile between a sip of wine and a delicacy; in search of the emotion that we often forget to give ourselves in this world of marvelous connections and technology.

In Venetian cuisine, the art of ‘Massoin’ is handed down from generation to generation. Thanks to the dedication and consistency, we produce daily fresh delicacies such as seasoned sausages and sauces which you can find on our tables; salami, sopressa, brasolara, ossocollo, cotechino, rolled pancetta, and speck – all without preservatives or any added additives! The tradition states ‘of the pig, nothing is thrown away’.
