THE RESTAURANT
As a farm, we propose typical healthy and genuine products as we are the first consumers of what we produce. In our dishes, we try to bring back the tradition and the quality of how the food was made ‘once upon a time’. In fact, you can find the fruits of our garden at 0 km and the products of our farm.
We make monthly menus which vary based on seasonal crops. As well as there being classical dishes such as polenta; mixed salami, pickled vegetables, our very own ‘bigoli all’arna’, mixed BBQ grill, and (upon request) skewers of meat, are always available.
All of our pasta is homemade. In this section, you can get a better idea of the dishes we offer. On request at the time of booking, we take special consideration of your allergies and intolerances as we can also offer a vegetarian and vegan menu
